Sulitin Privacy Policy
Sulitin is a Filipino freelancer rate, finance-planning, and client-tool application. This policy explains what information is processed when you use Sulitin, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information stored on your device
Sulitin stores calculator inputs and results, finance records, savings goals, client records, profile checklists, premium status, and free-use counters locally on your device. This information is used to provide the app's features and restore your saved state between sessions.
AI-generated content
When you choose an AI generation action, the relevant prompt details you provide, such as service niche, rate, client market, tone, and generator inputs, are sent to Sulitin's Cloudflare Worker. The Worker forwards the request to Google's Gemini service to generate the requested content. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Anonymous installation ID and rate limiting
Sulitin creates a random anonymous installation ID on your device. The Cloudflare Worker uses this ID together with the requesting IP address to limit AI-generation abuse. These values are used for security and service availability, not for advertising.
Crash diagnostics
Production builds use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and diagnostic information, which may include device and app information, crash traces, and technical identifiers. This information helps identify and fix reliability problems.
Backups and sharing
Backup export is initiated by you. Exported backup text can contain your saved calculator, finance, client, and checklist data. Sulitin opens your device's sharing interface so you can choose where to send or store the backup. Premium status and free-use counters are not included in backups.
Google Play Billing
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Sulitin receives purchase status information needed to grant or restore premium access. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by Sulitin.
Data sharing and service providers
Sulitin uses the following service providers:
- Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics.
- Cloudflare Workers and KV for AI proxying and abuse prevention.
- Google Gemini for user-requested AI generation.
- Google Play Billing for purchases and purchase restoration.
- An exchange-rate API for current USD-to-PHP rate information.
Security and retention
Sulitin uses HTTPS for network requests and does not place AI provider keys inside the mobile app. Locally stored data remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or replace it through backup import. Service providers may retain technical or request data according to their own policies and operational requirements.
Your choices
- You can use template generators instead of AI generation.
- You can avoid entering sensitive information into AI prompts.
- You can export your supported local data through Data Backup.
- You can delete local data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
- You can contact the developer with privacy questions or requests.
Children's privacy
Sulitin is intended for freelancers and is not designed for children. The developer does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Sulitin's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
